My first appointment with Lilia gave me so much ease and confidence to achieve my nutritional goals. She's friendly and knowledgeable and really try to understand my routine, preferences and challenges. Really appreciate her knowledge about women's health and stress management. Ansiosa para comecar. Lilia explicou tudo com calma, mostra opções e buscar fazer uma dieta adaptada. Inclusive me fez provar morangos pela 1 vez, pra saber se poderia incluir na dieta. Recomendo

I had the pleasure of meeting Lilia, when I contacted her for nutrition and weight loss counseling. I had my first consultation and I am preparing to start work on our collaborative plan this week.
